Ayurveda Consultation

An Ayurveda consultation typically includes a thorough assessment of an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional health using a combination of observation, questioning, and pulse diagnosis. The aim of the consultation is to identify any imbalances in the body and mind and to create a customized treatment plan to restore balance and promote overall wellness.

During the consultation, an Ayurvedic practitioner may ask questions about an individual's lifestyle habits, diet, sleep patterns, digestion, energy levels, and any symptoms or health concerns they may have. They may also examine the individual's tongue, skin, and eyes, and take their pulse to help determine their Ayurvedic constitution (dosha) and any imbalances.
Based on the information gathered during the consultation, the practitioner may recommend dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal remedies, Ayurvedic treatments such as massage or detoxification therapies, and other therapies or practices to help restore balance and promote optimal health. The practitioner may also provide guidance on daily routines and practices, including yoga and meditation, that can support the individual’s overall health and wellbeing.
