Prakruti refers to an individual’s unique constitution or inherent nature, According to Ayurveda, there are three primary doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Prakruti assessment is typically performed by an Ayurvedic practitioner through a detailed evaluation of an individual’s physical traits, such as body build, weight, skin type, hair type, and eye color.
